Inspired Living is a private organization located in Laurel County. The organization has served over 80 individuals since opening its door in 2006.
We provide supports for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities as well as individuals with acquired brain injuries to live, participate and contribute to their communities. We strive to provide supports in the most ethical, caring and professional manner; with the goals of maintaining the best quality of life and assisting individuals in the pursuit of their independence.
We provide many services to meet each individual’s needs. Our program is tailored to assist each individual in achieving their personal goals and overcoming barriers to full community inclusion. We strive to provide life-enriching opportunities for individuals to experience a meaningful participation in their communities.
Our agency is restraint free and we actively promote non-physical interventions for managing behaviors. Our team of committed and dedicated staff is extensively trained and supported to provide the highest quality of care. Staff is trained in Individualized Needs, CPR and First Aid, Medication Administration, Safety Awareness, Home Management, Human Rights, Non-Physical Behavioral Interventions, Crisis Prevention among many others.
